I made this for my husband's birthday and he loved it!! The only thing I really changed was that I mixed about 3/4 of the cool whip into the pudding mixture and saved the other 1/4 for the top of the pie. Next time I will cut my banana slices thicker , so I may need two bananas, but there will certainly be a next time b/c this was delish!!

I took this to work to share with the girls and they loved it. It's a different taste if you aren't used to it, but for a treat when you are watching your calories, it's a yummy one!

I have made this pie a few times already. And I also made it leaving out the bananas and replaced the cinnamon with instant coffee, and dark chocolate shavings on the top. Then I tried it with crushed pineapple, coconut, and a little rum flavoring for a pina coloda pie. All three variations were absolutley delicious.

I was unable to find the low fat/reduced calorie pudding/pie mix so I used 2 boxes of regular pudding pie mix and the pie ended up tasting just like pudding. Maybe I should of used only 1 box. I will try this recipe again with the proper ingredients.

Stop! It only has 210 calories and 5g's fat? No way! It tastes awesome. Made it and put it in the fridge. Next night, I said, "Hey we have dessert!" Got it out and served it...well, I am now very popular at my house!!! It was a huge success. Great for the dieters.
