HEAT oven to 350°F.
BROWN meat in skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Combine spaghetti sauce and A.1.; stir half into browned meat. Reserve remaining sauce mixture for later use.
MIX egg, ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan; spread onto noodles, adding about 2 Tbsp. to each. Cover each noodle with about 1/4 cup meat mixture and 2 heaping Tbsp. mozzarella; roll up, starting at one short end of each.
PLACE, seam sides down, in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella; cover.
BAKE 45 min. or until hot and bubbly.
