Wow! I loved the crunch & flavor of this green salad. I made it for St. Patty's day at work & it was the first one to disappear! Everybody started asking me for the recipe.

I doubled the recipe for potluck at church for St. Patricks Day and they cleaned it up! It's always a winner! Quick and easy and good.

I made this for my sons St. Patrick's Day birthday on the weekend and it's a good thing I doubled the recipe. It was a huge hit and disappeared quickly. It was the easiest thing I made for the party and one of the yummiest!
