I got this recipe from a girlfriend of mine, who happens to be a Kraft employee. She makes it as follows: 2 boxes of pistachio pudding, 3 - 8oz. containers of coolwhip. Mix those together and add as needed the pineapple, juice from pineapple and marshmallows. You can pretty much make it to whatever consistency you want it. My family likes it light on the pineapple and juice, and big on marshmallows. Makes it more fluffy. Not allot of measurement on this one, but we do omit the nuts and it is still great. Always makes a hit at parties.
