Wonderful taste. Added crushed pistachio to the top for decoration. Was surprised at well it held together - didn't separate or turn runny, even after 24 hours.

I started making this recipe when I was a teenager and now my teenage kids want it for the holidays. I have added manderin oranges in the past and this year am going to try it with cherries for added color and flavor. This is definately a tried and true favorite.

Nice taste and texture & so easy to make! Am wondering if adding some maraschino cherries on top and/or lightly folded in before serving might be a nice touch for a Christmas dessert?

I make this recipe without the marshmallows and sometimes I thin it out a bit with some milk. I always get compliments on it. A good dish to take to a potluck.
