Delicious and easy and beautifully green for St. Patrick's Day!

I made this easy recipe for my daughter's St. Patricks day party for Mother's Club at playgroup. It was really easy. All the mother's and their children enjoyed it. I even brought it home for desert. And my family smiled about how delicious it was. This recipe is a keeper.

This salad dresses up any meal and gives it that perfect touch of TLC. I use this salad as a vegetable and/or dessert. If standed on a desert island and I could only have one food, this just might be the one!

This is great as a dessert or a side dish.

This was soooo quick and easy to make. My husband, who usually does not eat this type of food, indulged in it as well. I will definitely be making this again. Also, what a great potluck item.

You can't go wrong with this cool and tasty dessert!!*SMILE* I love watergate salad especially during the spring and summer months, it is ALWAYS the FIRST dessert to go.Whether it is a picnic or a family dinner,people will lick the bowl clean. Some people choose to leave the pecans out and add cottage cheese to this salad,but it is up to you and your own personal preferences and taste. I usually make this salad without the pecans,because I think it makes the salad taste better.*SMILE*
