Submitted on 11/12/2008 by poaf-mom YOU WROTE ** where do you get the granola?? i can not find it anywhere at the grocery store. can someone plz help me out here. Hello, I buy the granola cereal from publix. I then pour some into a paper towel and crush it into small pieces and add it to the fruit and yogurt mix for my son and I. I don't like the cottage cheese. Hope this helps :-)

I have the same thing in the morning except with yogurt. What are the health benefits of the cottage cheese over yogurt?

I eat this for breakfast. I use to go through McDonald's to get their parfait but now I can save money and an unnecessary trip by making it at home!

I am sure that this would be enough as a breakfast with Cal. of 230 & Carbs. of 38 it does not leaave much to top off this meal. As a dibetic total carbs in the AM are 45 it does not leave much.

Delicious with some extra Splenda mixed in since I like it sweet.

Very tasty-- the bit honey was just the perfect touch.

Makes for a great snack or healthy dessert. Yum! I liked the added twist of adding honey to the cottage cheese.

A neat idea, if you like cottage cheese this is good...otherwise you might find it weird...but it's very healthy. Pretty much like having granola and fruit with yogurt.
