My family's all time favorite. My husband asks for it often. I do add hot Italian chicken sausage

Love this and make it a lot. Like a lot of the reviewers say really wring out spinach because can get a liquid in bottom if not.

This was so easy to make and had great flavor. Ring your spinanch out in a dish towel to get all of the water out of it.The left overs were great as well. I will make this again.

Easy to prepare and tasty.I may try ground turkey or chicken next time. It was extremely easy prepare and I even baked it in the toaster oven rather then heat the oven.

I made this so easily!Big tip for draining spinach is in a dish cloth; wring the extra water out. My husband and I enjoyed this so much. Left overs are great!

I loved this! It was so easy and fast. I did add 1/4 to 1/2 pound of browned mild turkey sausage. I also added a small onion and fresh baby portabellas to the sausage along with garlic powder. I will be making this again!

i used sun dried tomatoes instead of roasted red peppers and it was good that way. The texture was a nice balance between cheesy and eggy. Too much spinach taste--might add some spices or change the flavor up a bit next time.

This recipe is amazing!! I added ground sausage and had to cook it an hour (instead of the 40 minutes), but it was great! My six-year-old (who doesn't like anything new) loved it! I will definitely be making this again. My husband and I ate the leftovers for breakfast.

My husband and I are trying to watch what we eat, and this recipe is a perfect breakfast for us! Flavorful, nourishing, and quick to put together. I mixed it up really quick and let it bake while we got ready. A filling breakfast is important to keep you on track all day, and this recipe fills you up and still keeps your calorie count nice and low. Definitely making this often!
