I followed a suggestion from another reviewer and use Ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese and Italian sausage crumbles. I also cooked it for 60 minutes. It was great! My 5 year old ate 2 slices!!!!

This recipe was good. I cut up a ham steak and added that to the recipe. I followed some of the reviewers tips on cooking it a little longer than what is in the recipe and to leave it for 5 minutes after it's done cooking. It still came out watery on the bottom though.

We loved this recipe. It was really good left over the next day for breakfast too! Only thing is you have to let it sit for about 5 minutes after it is done cooking, otherwise it is watery in the middle.

This was so very, very good. I'll make this one again soon and often! It's like a quiche filling, but without all the fuss. This made a 9x9 caserole dish, instead of the 9 inch pie pan. It just seemed to fit better in the deeper sided dish.

Very Good and Very Quick-This is an easy recipe to cut in half. If so, cut cooking time to 30 to 35 min. Next time I'm going to make this a side and serve with BBQ chicken or a roasted chicken.

I added mushrooms and onions to the dish. Hubby loved this as well. Will definately make again.

This was great! It had so much flavor to it. I might try it next time with egg beaters to improve the nutrition value.

I added sauteed onions, minced garlic, a can of mushrooms and chopped ham. It was amazing, and I can't wait for leftovers.

I liked that it is a low carb and low calorie dish that is good for you as well. I used egg beaters, lower fat cottege cheese & fat free cheese, so it was even better.
