My family loved this! The only thing I did different was to add a little onion poweder and garlic pepper for flavor before cooking. It was so easy to make and there were no leftovers

This has serious potential but is also seriously lacking. I added garlic and a chopped onion and it was still just okay. I would make it again if I could get it to be more interesting.

I liked it! Added leftover ground turkey, seasoned. My husband thought it would be a better breakfast item. I served it for dinner with a side salad and good bread.

I agree! Too much spinach! I would cut it in half. I followed the advice of other reviewers and added 2 cloves garlic and 1/2 c. chopped onion. I gave it 3 stars because it has potential if you reduce the spinach.

This was a HUGE hit in my family. I browned a pound of ground Italian sausage to add in and substituted ricotta for the cottage cheese. I actually split it into 2 pie pans, which was a mistake, as one wasn't enough to satify my family of four!! YEA! This is a keeper!

The baking time on this is not correct. It needed 55 minutes for the center to set. I also added a tsp of salt and black pepper, mushrooms, and 2 tsp oregano which improved the flavor. I would make this again.

baked longer to set center - seemed it got more watery the longer it cooked. made it with italian seasoning for the oregano & artichoke hearts instead of peppers...great substitute. next time i will definitely add garlic or garlic salt.

This is yummy, quick and simple to make. I doubled everything except the spinach and added cooked crumbled bacon and baked in a casserole dish. It turned out great and was a hit with the family. I will be making this again soon.
