My family loved this recipe. My husband had seconds. Its funny another reviewer said her son thought it was pizza because my son kept saying it was like pizza. It was very yummy.
I love this recipe! I made it for Christmas morning brunch this year and it was a hit. I used mushrooms instead of red peppers since I'm not a fan of peppers of any sort. The boys thought it was a little spinachy, otherwise no complaints.
I absolutely loved this recipe! the first time i made it, i followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out really well. i did have to cook it about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said, though. i actually have it in the oven right now, and this time i added mushrooms and some cheddar cheese. we'll see how that tastes, but i bet it's going to be yummy!
Yummy and SOOO easy. We substituted the peppers for artichoke hearts instead. Mmmm.
This was an easy one to make. My son (2 years old) even loved it. The thought it was pizza. My husband ate it right up as well. I am not fond of so much spinach, so next time I make this, I will probably half the spinach that I used. All in all, a good, easy, yummy recipe.
Instead of the roasted peppers I used green peppers and I also chopped up some onion.
I made this for "Pie Day" at work. It was gone in minutes. Everyone loved it. It was really tasty and a breeze to make.
To add a Greek spin I use cottage cheese and crumbled feta. It is so good.
I first printed this recipe for my South Beach (phase 1) diet. A tasty low carb crustless quiche that is easy to make, portion and store in the fridge. I cooked mine in a 8x8 glass dish for about 10 minutes longer to a golden brown around the edges. It's a bit watery in the middle when you first make it and (like lasagna) is best eaten the next day. It makes a quick and easy tasty lunch by just heating it in the microwave.
I enjoyed the recipe. I used egg whites instead to make it healthier and I added fresh green and red peppers to have more veggies. I also added fresh garlic cloves just b/c I enjoy garlic. I will make this again.
