This is an excellent dish. It is perfect for a covered dish event. Or pair a salad with this, and you have a healthy and quick dinner.

This is sooo easy and delicious. It works well as a side dish for dinner or for breakfast and/or brunch.

I made this and also added cooked onions, garlic, mushrooms, and meat (~ 1 lb ground turkey). These additions made the prep time much longer than 10 mins for this new cook. It also took longer than 50 mins to bake to a nice golden brown. I think it is great for dinner or breakfast and with toppings like sour cream and salsa.

I used this recipe as a 'starter' for a bigger meal plan. I doubled the recipe and added chicken, mushrooms, (cooked) onions, and garlic powder to make it more like a casserole. A big hit, and made great leftovers. I will definetly make this again.

I added about 1/2 a small onion, chopped, and it came out really well! FYI: Be sure the spinach and peppers are well-drained, or the pie will be a bit watery.

very, very good, just need some seasoning - salt, pepper or garlic salt.
