Excellent recipe. Instead of using the cottage cheese, I substituted low fat ricotta cheese. It is like spinach lasagna w/o the noodles. Excellent healthy, low-carb meal.

we followed the recipe excatly and it was great we are trying to limit our intake of pastry crust and this crustless dish was just great

Delicious! This was fast, not too expenisve and tasted GREAT. I added a clove or 2 of garlic, just because I love garlic.

This is the perfect dieter's dish. I served Tomato Basil Salad with it and didn't feel in the least bit deprived. Very healthy and tastes good too!

This recipe is very good even in Phase 1 of the Southbeach Diet. I added some garlic salt and italian seasoning to the recipe just to spice it up a little.
