If there is any left the day you fix it, it's even better the next day! I am going to experiment a little with this recipe and add a little onion and maybe some crushed red pepper flakes. However, it's great just the way it is.
This was very simple & quick to make...& everyone loved it..! Will be a keeper.
YUM! This was so easy to make and extremely healthy. It's like a health conscious quiche! We loved it in my house...I served it with the curried pumpkin soup; maybe a strange combination but I was told they went well together.
I have used a lot of recipes on this website, and this one is one of my favorites. I used fat free mozzerella, and it still came out excellent!!!
I Thought it lacked flavor and perphaps would call for a crust.
Very tasty. Beware it looks pretty terrible when first putting it in the pan, but turns out very good. Did not fill up my husband when used as an entree - would be a great breakfast or side dish.
I m a non cooking person . My answer to what am I going to cook any time is Ill have what ever is at the nearest resturant lol . I decided that cooking was a stress I could give up. Got the Deiabetic Choices cookbook from Avon and tryed this recipe . It turned out great ! Will be trying more from this web site and the book
This recipe was so easy! I love that you just mix everything together and bake. It is delicious, nutritious, and quick. I doubled the spinach and it still worked great!
this is a great alternative (for those watching carbohydrates) to making a quiche. The recipe does not call for a crust and is delicious!
