it was great my family loved it. i did take the advise from other reviews and added 1 egg, mushrooms, and frozen 3pepper and onion bag. I sauteed the 3 pepper and onion in butter spray before adding to pie and cooked for 50 min. turned out perfect thanks

added bacon but ham would be better. Fresh baby spinach instead of frozen and used a shredded cheddar instead of mozzarella.

This was a great Good Friday Meat free dinner! Everyone loved it. Here are the changes I made (thanks to some other reviewers) I added 1 additional egg, sauted peppers and onions, added mushrooms, garlic powder, parsley, pepper and baked in prepared pie pans. It filled two. Leftovers in the AM? My kids asked for it for breakfast.

This is now a staple in my family's diet. We love this dish. It's very easy to make and VERY flavorful. I had a bit of trouble the first time, getting it to 'set'. It was too mushy after being baked for the time that's stated. What I have been doing is doubling the recipe (so that we can have it for breakfast the next day) and I bake it on 365 degrees for one hour. It turns out great that way!

I like it with broccoli as well and I substituted red pepper flakes for more heat. I've also used an italian blend for the cheese with success.

Very easy to make, did not have oregano, used fresh cilantro, fresh red bell pepper, 1/2 chopped onion, 5 eggs.. very good.. not runny like one review said, cooked for 50 minutes. Next time I may add a few bread crumbs and a can of Rotel to spice it up... Very good 'neutral' recipe for both preferences - you can add salsa to yours for more zing!! A++

It didn't thicken up and was so watery that I didn't want to eat it. I took a bite and was done!

This was so yummy!!! My entire family including a 1 and 4 yr old loved it. I was a little hesitant to try it since I don't care for cottage cheese but this is by far the best quiche recipe I have made in a long time. 5 stars!
