This was excellent! I added 1lb of gound sausage and an extra egg. I cooked at 375 for 45 minutes. Perfect!!

This is a good recipe but I believe it would be better with bacon or ham in it! I will be making it again but will be adding to it! It's over all taste is good though, just missing a little more favor.

Awesome recipe! However I made the following changes/additions: - I used fresh spinach - I added 1lb. of ground sausage - I added fresh mushrooms - I used 5 eggs. This recipe also took 60 minutes to bake.

I've made this pie several times for baby showers, parties, etc and it's always a hit. I add ground Italian sausage, diced mushrooms and one additional egg (to make 5 total). Then, I pour all ingredients into 2 pie crusts. Absolutely delicious. As others have mentioned, add at least 15 min onto cook time.

This is great! I left out half of the spinach and red peppers and added lean Italian seasoned ground turkey and cooked for just under an hour. Delicious!!

Excellent. I did cut out 2 eggs and replace by 2 egg whites and I love the no crust. Will cook at 400 next time as it takes way longer than mentionned.

This was delicious and easy! I added in turkey pepperoni, garlic, crushed red pepper and black pepper for flavor. After reading the other reviews, I baked it for an hour. It turned out perfect. I would definitely make again!

This is so delicious and was loved by everyone, including picky eaters and kids. I made it exaclty as recipe called and it came out perfect. My husband asked me to make it again and he doesn't usually get too excited over food.

We thought it was too bland, so after reading some reviews, I will add seasonings, plus reduce the amount of spinach, along with baking longer.
