I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I added a pound of sausage to the recipe, my husbanded wanted some meat :). Great flavor

It was just very bland and seemed odd to not have a crust.

This is one of my most requested dishes. I've made it for Christmas Day and Easter brunch, baby/bridal showers, work showers, even a super bowl party!!!! Its usually one of the first things to go on the buffet!! And super easy to make.

This spinach pie is superb. My husband eat half the pie last night for dinner, and would have eat the other half.

I thought it was delicious. I added Italian seasoning as well as the oregano. I think the crust another mentioned would be a great addition. I did have to cook it for much longer than the recipe called for so I think next time I will cook it at 400.

IT's good! I made this tonight, and used a puff pastry sheet to line the pan - just for kicks. The only problem is that it takes well over 40 min to cook - much closer to 1 hr! so don't get in a hurry. Worth the wait though. I'd also add a touch of salt!.

...tastes great as is.. but would be easy to customize with simple additions to suit your tastes

This was delicious. I used southwestern egg beaters in place of the eggs and peppers. The only thing I would do different is add onion. But I was so happy to find this recipe. I can have it at any meal and feel full and satisfied and still be within my carb limit.

Very easy to make and tasted good...but my husband thought it tasted more like something you would dip your tortilla chips in. So ...I like it but he wasn't a big fan.
