I VERY rarely cook, and even then, mac and cheese or spaghetti. But I made this, and it's easy, quick, delicious AND healthy!! Since I don't usually cook, my tip is to COMPLETELY drain the spinach or it will take you forever to cook it.
I have also added ham chunks, green peppers, and onions, and it has come out tasting great!
