Family liked it. Husband said it should have a crust. I used ricotta cheese as recommended by others. In addition, I added chopped onion and garlic. I used Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning. I will make it again.

EXCELLENT!!! I added minced garlic and cooked about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said to and it came out perfect. I will definately make it again.

Very, very good. I added artichoke hearts and a chopped tomato. I also used fat free cottage cheese and light shredded cheese, which made it lower in calories and fat. It was still very good. I also baked it a bit longer then it called for. Can't wait to have my vegetarian friends over for dinner to try this dish.

We are trying to eat healthier and cheaper is always good.. so I made this last night and served it with rotisserie chicken. It was amazing! I loved creamed spinach and this is what it reminds me of. Just a healthier lower fat version of it. You have to try this recipe!

Exceptional and very easy! Used egg substitute, fresh oregano, seasoned pepper. Served it at a party with friends and everyone wants the recipe. All 4 of our teenagers even liked it!

I made this the other day and my husband could not stop raving about it. Friday night is usually pizza night, but tonight he requested this again. I did a bit of garlic to the recipe and instead of mozzerella (not a fan of the texture) I used colby/monterey jack cheese. It was really good. Make sure you REALLY drain the spinach or it will be too runny. When you think you've squeezed the water out of the spinach, do it again. I have no idea how a 10oz box of spinach could hide so much water, but it does.

We loved this! Very easy to make and very flavorful. I did add a dash of garlic powder and used dried italian seasoning. I used alot less red pepper because I wasn't sure if my husband would like it but will add more next time. Faboulous!
