This is the BEST kabob recipe ever! The marinade is soooooo delicious!!! A hint of lime, a hint of spice...excellent! I did a mixture of shrimp, chicken and vegetables. I suggest you marinade it in ziplocks instead of just simply pouring it over the skeweers. I made a bag of shrimp, a bag of vegetables, and a bag of cut up chicken breasts and then divided the marinade between the three. I then put then on the skewers after marinading. A bit messy.......but worth the extra flavor!! Will definitly make again, and my friends loved it!! I made tons and hardly any left over!!!

Very flavorful. I improvised a bit, since I was also making the Ultimate Grilled Steak, by adding the A1 sauce called for in the steak recipe to this marinade. I also basted the kabobs and steaks with the A1 sauce during grilling. Definitely a repeat meal!

I used this recipe but substituted A1's new mango chipolte marinade instead of this sauce. The kabobs were the best I've ever tasted, a must try.

This is a keeper! I reduced the recipe for a family meal. We all loved it including my picky kids. The sauce was an added bonus!

I made this for a family picnic this past weekend. Many of us are low-carbing so this was a treat! At only 4 net carbs for 2 kabobs, you could eat 4 and be very full and still only have eaten 8 carbs. I didn't feel like I was dieting at all, thanks for a great recipe!!!

I tried this recipe on my indoor grill - it took a little while longer. It was very tasty - Next time, I will grill it on the outside grill. It is a good recipe for weeknights.
