my daughter is kind a picky and hates vegetables specially spinach but when i decided to try this recipe with spinach ,she started to like it and even intruduced it to her friends. the whole family love this quiche.

Very easy and everyone loved it. It had plenty of flavor. I put the spinach in it and my husband said it was a little too much. Next time, I will only put in about 4 oz of spinach instead of the 10 suggested at the bottom of the recipe.

This has to be the best Quiche Lorraine yet!, Everyone needs to try this if you like Quiche.

I saved lots of time by using pam- sprayed ramekins gently lined with flour tortillas, instead of a pastry shell. It made such an hit, that everyone from the kids to the elderly men raved about them. Because of the mustard, no spices are needed, and they are really fast to assemble.

Loys of that cholestrol stuff with the eggs and cream. I used bacon bits. I loved it and so did my daughter and wife!!

The poupon taste was very strong, and change the normal quiche taste I'm used to.

Great recipe. I like to use a graham cracker crust for an extra taste.
