The recipe was great. You forgot to mention about seasoning. I added salt and pepper. I would also suggest, if not in the sauce, adding some garlic (Just a hint). A dab of butter in the pan also I think would help in frying the veggies/chicken. My chicken cooked a li'l too fast for the peppers. I didn't want to dry anything out. Maybe olive oil would be healthier. And the cheese, I opted for shredded. I tried the slices and didn't melt well enough for me, a li'l too heavy for the ingredients. Overall, I am going to definitely make it again.
