I made these for mothers day and they were very tasty. The only thing I did differently was leave them in the oven longer than specified on the recipe. That made all the difference. I Would definitely make this again.

everyone loved these today!!! I roasted the peppers before stuffing. drizzled a small amt. of olive oil on them. 400' oven for 15 minutes. let cool down, then stuff

Stuffed mine according to reciep,then rolled them in cornstarch,then dipped them in slightly beaten egg whites and fried them in grape seed oil.I served them with salsa and low fat sour cream.

Delicious filling mixture. Easy to prep. But the peppers I bought were incredibly hot. We could only eat one at a time! Will make again though.

This is a great recipe and real crowd pleaser. I am making this for New Year's Eve and I know I will make it for many more parties. Everyone loves them.

this was good, but next time I believe I will roast the peppers a little before adding cheese, we like our pepper's alittle more done.
