Great appetizer for a cook-out. All the guests loved them. We made sure we took all the seeds out before putting the filling in.

I used canadian bacon instead because I don't like fried bacon. It was very good!

Very easy to make for our Cinco de Mayo gathering with neighbors. Next time I will stir the jalapeno seeds in with the cream cheese mixture to have more heat.

These were awesome. Next time I have to double the recipe, they were gone in 5 minutes. My husband already claimed them as "Super Bowl Food". I will make these at every party now. Only thing I did different after baking them, was put them under the broiler for a minute or so to brown the top.

Every year my husband and his friends request this spicy treat for their Superbowl party. As soon as it comes out of the oven people start grabbing - doesn't even make it to the table usually. A big hit for Sunday football!
