This was such a easy and delicious recipe! I was grilling outdoors and decided to grill the jalapeno's first, then I spooned the cheese mixture on the peppers and returned them back to the grill until the cheeses melted....yum! Still crispy!

This is GREAT!!! Good flavor, easy to make! Next time I'll bake them a little longer or pre-cook the peppers so they are a little more cooked.

I made this to take to Christmas and it was gone in a flash!! You can cook it in the oven or just serve cold. I also added cream cheese to make it really creamy. Yum!!

So good! This was an easy and tasty appetizer, and it is easy to make more or less, depending on your crowd. I will make this for my next hors d'oeuvre/cocktail party.

This was a crowd pleaser ! I will definitely make again. Good way to use fresh jalapenos from my garden. Hubby loved them !
