Glazed Ham with Dijon-Pineapple Sauce

Glazed Ham with Dijon-Pineapple Sauce recipe
Can a ham be a showstopper? Yes, and this one proves it. The sweet and spicy glaze and jewel-like cherries are what catch your eye. The depth of flavor is what convinces you.

I made this recipe for Easter. Everyone raved about it. My father took some home and the next morning he had it on his waffles for breakfast. I definately will make this again.

This was excellent. I ran out of time to make the sauce, but I baked the ham with the glaze and everyone loved it. Next time I'll leave more time to make the sauce as well. It was wonderful as is though!!!

The whole family loved this, even those that like mustard on their ham like the sauce with it instead.

I didn't have the crushed pineapple so I used a (20 oz.) can of whole pineapple rings in juice. My cornstarch was out of date so I used 2 tablespoons of flour. I found the flour didn't want to mix with the sauce. I think you could save some of the pineapple juice to mix with the flour to make a paste. My husband and I loved the pineapple slices in the sauce.
