Glazed Ham with Dijon-Pineapple Sauce

Glazed Ham with Dijon-Pineapple Sauce recipe
Can a ham be a showstopper? Yes, and this one proves it. The sweet and spicy glaze and jewel-like cherries are what catch your eye. The depth of flavor is what convinces you.

This was good, but the flavors didn't sink very well into the ham.

I made this on Easter and everyone commented on how good the ham was.

I made this for Easter dinner. I don't eat ham, but those who did said it was wonderful. The sauce was very good on chicken, veggies and potatoes that we also had for dinner. I will definately make the sauce for other dishes!

Definitely check the ham while cooking. It was delicious and very juicy.

the only suggestion is: I used Honey in place of the syrup, it gave excellent flavor and wasnt runny.

I served the ham for a special dinner. I did omit the dijon mustard. The sauce was great and no left overs! Thanks!

I tried this for Christmas 2006 and it turned out to be very good. I didn't do the dijon-pinneaple sauce, but the glaze was great!! I'll try the sauce next time.

Easy to prepare and no trouble at all. Even for someone that is not an expert in the kitchen as me.

I made this for Christmas dinner, it looked lovely on the table and filled the house with a wonderful aroma. The taste didn't disappoint either, I will definitely make this again.
