Served several times for guests and they always ask for the recipe. Served with boiled new potatos and fresh bread.

I served this recipe at a family get together and everyone just loved it. There were 4 guests, who insisted on taking the recipe home with them.

For those that do not like the pieces of pineapple, I substituted just the juice and altered the recipe to that. It was just as good.

Sounds like an easy way for the cook to enjoy dinner with friends. Will definitely use it this Easter.

used this receipe and will do so again for easter but I pour one quater cup marichinno cherry juice with this and tooth pick cherries around
