MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SPOON 1/2 cup of the pineapple glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of the ham baking time. Keep remaining pineapple glaze warm; serve with sliced ham.
