okay, but not great. I found the mini meatloaves in my Kraft magazine and they have become my favorite. Their easy to serve and look and taste great! I'd try them over this recipe.

This is a keeper - The shape meatloaves are made into distinguishes it from your traditional meatloaf. The barbecue glaze adds a great kick of flavor. The name says it all - easy & pleasing!

I added onions, bell peppers and garlic. It was even better as left overs! Will make again and again and again. The stuffing mix adds the perfect blend of spices along with the onions, garlic and peppers. Not too mushy and not too dry. Just perfect. My husband loved it and so did I.

I have tried this with the San Francisco sourdough stovetop also. I won't make meatloaf any other way. This has become my families favorite and a great guest meal too.

This is one of the best meatloaf I have every made. its so easy and only 7 points on WW. I've made it many times and freeze it also.
