This was good but not great. I should have listened to other reviewers and cooked the rice separately. The broccoli was a little overdone and the rice was not quite tender enough. It had good flavor but would need some tweaking before I would make it again.

I loved it! I made the rice in the microwave and waited to add the broccoli till the end because my son hates it. Instead of the garlic I added ginger and 1 tbps honey because the teriyaki sauce I bought was a bit strong. I also used slivered almonds instead of peanuts. I loved this dish and plan on making it again this weekend.

I don't even like Broccoli, but with the Teriyaki Sauce in it mixed with the rice, this was really, DELICIOUS ! I think we'll try it next time with, Half the amount of Broccoli Florets & add Mixed Veggies with it too. Sounds pretty good !!!

This dish was wonderful! I added some extra garlic powder, ginger powder, toasted sesame seeds (in place of the peanuts). Instead of broccoli I used mixed veggies. I cooked the rice ahead of time as was suggested by others. We will be eating this again and again. :)

This recipe was very good. My family enjoyed it. I used white minute rice. I will add more teriyaki sauce and pepper next time. I used low sodium sauce.

This was really good. My husband kept telling me how much it tasted like take out and that he wanted it for dinner again. It's an easy and much more healthy way to have chinese take out.

Very good. I marinated the chicken and precooked the rice as the others suggested.

This was easy to make...I am in no way a "cook." I did however listen to others and cooked the rice first in chicken broth instead of water. I also maranated the chicken in teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic powder and a few red pepper seeds, then I cooked the chicken in the left over juices, not oil. I also added red pepper, corrots and scallions to the broccli and sauted them in with the ckicken. I thought the peanuts were awesome, but all I had was dry raosted. They worked great. It was very healthy and very little fat and calories. Even my husband the "meat and potato" man loved it. We are looking forward to the leftovers tonight!

Good flavor, although I used real garlic instead of garlic powder. But the instant brown rice takes forever to cook! We had to add more water and wait another 10 minutes.
