Super easy, delicious meal when you have very little time. Tasted even better reheated the next day because the flavor really soaked into the rice and chicken.

My family hates the brown rice. I will try this one again but with white rice.

I read the other reviews prior to making this meal and added 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce instead of the 1/3 cup and it turned out GREAT. My entire family enjoyed it!

I have made this recipe many times, and it is always a favorite at our house. It makes great leftovers for lunches too!

Delicious! My family gobbled this one and even enjoyed the leftovers. I did make the rice before hand and added it to the sauce at the very end, as well as adding extra teriyaki sauce. We'll definitely make this again.

My husband and I both really enjoyed this dish. Took the advice of others and marintaed the chicken before. Think next time we are going to try adding some water chestnuts and carrots. We also thought it would be good with cashews instead of the peanuts.

This is the second time I made this recipe and this was much better than the first! The first, I made it as the recipe stated. The second I took the suggestions: seasoned the chicken and pre-cooked the rice. It was very very good! I also used white rice and added a bit more teriyaki sauce for flavor! I will be making this quick yummy meal again and again!

This turned out pretty good! Recommendations: cook rice beforehand rather than in the pan. Just add to pan when putting everything together and cook for 6 minutes or so. Assures rice will be done well and that the chicken won't be over-done. Also, add peppers--all colors. More nutritious and tasty (plus it looks ALOT more inviting). Would recommend this as a good and healthy meal.
