Easy Beef Stew

Easy Beef Stew recipe
If you think chunky, satisfying, veggie-full beef stew can't be low-cal, think again. The best part? You prep it then forget it while it fills the house with amazing smells.

Well My husband actually made it.. He was very impressed with how smooth it was to make..
This was the best beef stew that I have ever had. My family enjoyed it. My nephew had 2 bowls, this from a 16 year old that is picky about what he eats. Thanks so much!!!
My husband LOVED it!!! I added other veggies and extra potatoes as well....came out really thick and tasted great!
I added 1 pk of beef stew mix and few drops of aunt mays hot sauce(any hot sauce will do) into 1/2 cup of warm water and pour it over the entire casserole before I cooked it. If you like a REALLY SPICY AND HOT dish this is for you...little too spicy for the wife but the rest of the family loved it.
This soup was excellent. I left out the tapioca and cooked it in a slow-cooker for a few hours. My husband loved how chunky it was. It was a great filling, healthy meal!
I left out the celery and cooked on the stove top. It was good.
My family and I thought this recipe was excellent. I added an extra cup of carrots and potatoes because I have a larger family. I also made this recipe on the stove which was easy too, and only took about 1 1/2 hrs with 30 min. additional prep time. Not to mention the house smelled excellent from the stew cooking. I would make this recipe again definitely!!!
I added fresh mushrooms and a clove of garlic for extra flavor.
My family found that 2lbs of beef was too much. So in the future I will use 1 1/2 lbs of beef and 3 cups of diced potatos. This is the ONLY change I would make. It's Delicious!!!
This recipe is so good. But I added more vegetables. I added corn, green beans and sweet peas and makes it so much better. I also made it with a pot of white rice and dinner rolls. So with the Beef Stew over a bed of rice and rolls, it's to die for (not literally)!! Hope this helps.
