of all my attempts to make a beef stew, this came out the best. I've made it twice already and each time it came out perfect.

Excellant - I like the idea of no added oil- my daughter and her friend thought it was great! My husband said- this recipie was good enough for twice a month! (which is very good in our house) Considering it stretched over a few days! The left overs were even better then the first day. I changed it just a little because of what I had in the house. I added 2 gravy packs for thickner. Instead of the 2 cups celery, 2 cups onions, I added 3 cups prepared precut oinion, celery, bell pepper mix. It was great thank you for this one! I could never make a stew before I can now!

I have made this recipe several times! I throw the ingredients in my slow cooker for about 7 hours. My kids LOVE this, too!
