Definitely double this one. I added italian seasoned chicken to it and some extra garlic. Great for lunch the next day as well!!
I made this last night for my husband, daughter and me. I added the lemon juice & zest and a little chicken stock and all of us liked it. Thanks Kraft for all the Healthy Living recipes.
SO nice and easy. The whole family loves it! And I have never had to cook before and now my husband has started working nights so i have had to start learning and this is one of my favorite ones to make
Very good! Add salt and pepper.
It was simple and quick plus my picky eater enjoyed it
Very good!! As a new cook the directions were easy, the food was great and the family was happy!!
Yummy! Enough said. I've jazzed it up a few times with different leftover salad dressings. I love the fact that I can get rid of my leftover veggies too!
i thought this was great!! i did ad garlic,
basil oregeno, added white wine after i
sauted the chicken and fresh vegatable.
this recipe is so light crisp a must for
everyone to try, just add some of your
favorite seasonings and vegetables, serve
over wholewheat pasta and youve made
yourself a great healthy

I always try a new recipe "as is" the first time I make it to see if I need to add or subtract ingredients to better suit our tastes. As is, I found this recipe a little on the bland side. I think I would like to try the recipe again, but would have to add something extra to give it more flavor. On a more positive note, my husband really liked all of the vegetables, and he's not usually a big vegetable lover.
This is a great recipe. Very easy to put together, super quick, and very tasty. I've even pre-prepped the veggies and fixed this one on a camping trip in a throw-away pan.
