Definitely double this one. I added italian seasoned chicken to it and some extra garlic. Great for lunch the next day as well!!

I made this last night for my husband, daughter and me. I added the lemon juice & zest and a little chicken stock and all of us liked it. Thanks Kraft for all the Healthy Living recipes.

Yummy! Enough said. I've jazzed it up a few times with different leftover salad dressings. I love the fact that I can get rid of my leftover veggies too!

I always try a new recipe "as is" the first time I make it to see if I need to add or subtract ingredients to better suit our tastes. As is, I found this recipe a little on the bland side. I think I would like to try the recipe again, but would have to add something extra to give it more flavor. On a more positive note, my husband really liked all of the vegetables, and he's not usually a big vegetable lover.

This is a great recipe. Very easy to put together, super quick, and very tasty. I've even pre-prepped the veggies and fixed this one on a camping trip in a throw-away pan.
