Dijon Shrimp Scampi

Dijon Shrimp Scampi recipe
Dijon mustard adds zesty flavor to this classic Italian shrimp and rice dish. While quick and easy to prepare, it’s elegant enough for entertaining.

I made this the other night, and it really is just yummy!
I will definitely make this again - it was so quick and easy. It tasted great, though next time I'll add a little extra garlic. Yummy!
This was great! My fiance and myself loved it!! The recipe is perfect and I don't think needs to be changed at all! The mustard taste gives the shrimp and rice the perfect added zing!! I will be making this frequently I'm sure!
This recipe was not very good. The mustard was way too over powering and does not mix well with the lemon juice. My husband loves Dijon Mustard and even said it was too much. Sorry but I will not be making this again.
I took the advice of others and used less dijon mustard and added a little butter instead. The flavor was very good, although I would have liked a little bit more sauce to go with the rice. I will make this again, but add more butter.
I used frozen jumbo shrimp for this recipe which made it very easy, my husband and I liked it a lot. I will use this recipe again, somewhat low cal, low fat, not a lot of butter as in some shrimp scampi recipes. My husband is a dijon mustard, honey mustard lover.
too much mustard flavor and very boring
This recipe was a HIT! I made it for my boyfriend and myself and now he thinks I am a great cook...which is far from the truth! It was really simple and quick, will definitely make again!
Fast, easy and plated beautifully. Used frozen precooked shrimp and made prep mindless!
I read these comments before I tried cooking the scampi. I wish I hadn't. I took the advice of many on this site and added less dijon. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure the dijon might be overpowering to some, but personally I would have preffered a bit more flavor. My fiance and I both thought that the scampi was a little too bland without the extra dijon. I will definitely make this again, but I will follow the instructions and put more dijon in.
