Dijon Shrimp Scampi

Dijon Shrimp Scampi recipe
Dijon mustard adds zesty flavor to this classic Italian shrimp and rice dish. While quick and easy to prepare, it’s elegant enough for entertaining.

My husband and I are seafood lovers anyway, but this recipe was absoultely delicious!!! I did follow the advice of the previous raters and cut down on the dijon mustard.

This was easy and tasted great. My family thought that it tasted like the shrimp scampi at our favorite seafood restaurant. I will definately make this again! Thanks!

First, let me say that I've loved just about every recipe that I've gotten from Kraft. NOW I'll comment on this recipe... Too much lemon... too much mustard! The best thing to happen to this recipe is my trash can! (my kids said they liked it... but they want their allowance)

The mustard flavor definitely overpowered everything else. The consistency was chalky, but it smelled great when it was cooking! If I made this recipe again, I would use less mustard.

I agree with "A cook." The listed amount of mustard was just too much. It overwhelmed the other flavors. I had to scrape the mustard off the shrimp in order to taste anything besides Dijon. I'll probably try this again, but use only half of the listed amount of mustard.
