Just viewed this recipe and it looks great! My hubby does not like Dijon so I will make it without. Since the holidays are here we are visting family daily once things settle down I will make it for sure. YUM! YUM!!

Truly an easy recipe to make. I find that coming home from work and finding time for my son's homework, cooking dinner and doing laundry can a bit much. Making a dinner that is quick and pleasing my family can also be a task. My husband found this recipe to be excellent. I thought maybe a little less on the Dijon and possibly a splash of white wine.
