This was a little more time consuming than the recipe indicates but well worth the effort.

Quick and simple yet tasted delicious and looks like you spent twice the time making it! Great recipe!

I made this recipe with the pasta of another chicken recipe and decided that I just should have used the original chicken with the pasta. I did enjoy it though. I think I will try it again with a different side dish.

A surprise.

There was still a spice or something missing. If made again I will add some pepper, and other spices to give it more of a flavor. Even though it was easy, my husband and I found that the chicken was very moist.

Needed more tarragon. I would increase the spice and mustard. just needed more taste. Easy, fast and tasty

I made this recipe for my boyfriend and myself. He doesn't like mustard, but didn't detect it in the final product (good). It had an intesting and different taste but I wasn't "wowed." Very easy to prepare.

This turned out very good, it had a strong flavor which was a nice change. It made me feel risky! I used regular white onions instead of green, and regular Dijion Mustard. I would recommend making more because it wasn't very filling. It was very tender, not dry at all. Making a little more sauce to go over the top would improve presentation
