I wonder if I could substitutes the whipping cream for sour cream or cream cheese?

Meat was excellent for Christmas Eve dinner. It did take much longer to bake the meat. I would never make the horseradish sauce again. No one liked it. Could have used more zing to it.

This was sooo good! I loved the sauce, but we added more horseradish to give it a kick. My husband said it reminded him of the bloomin onion sauce. I would make this every time I have steak!

We all like horseraddish, but some more than others and this sauce was the perfect mixture! Light and creamy and very tasty! Helped a lot because I overcooked the roast a little!

Awesome! And I used the leftovers to make a roast beef sandwich and it was so good. Added a pickle on it and the flavor was just so, so good!

All I can say is YUMMY!! This is an awesome recipe. What made it even better was that it was pretty effortless. We had to make ourselves quit eating.

This was a great recipe. I did change the horseradish recipe. I used fat free sour cream instead of whipping cream. It is much better that way!

The roast beef turned out wonderful, but no one in the family enjoyed this type of horseradish sauce.
