Very good. I made it without the onions. Also, I did not have prepared horseradish so I just used a teaspoon or two of the small bottled (unprepared) and made it to taste.
Fabulous sauce, depending on your heat threshold you may want to add more family loves it, so we 'kicked it up a notch' (to quote Emeril). But really a good flavorful addition to the roast, and I added Jazzy Mashed Potatoes (see website for recipe) for a good old fashioned meat and potatoes with a little zest! Definitely will make again!!
