We love this recipe...I use rice instead of noodles and I sautee fresh mushrooms with a bit of sea salt and parsley first instead of canned...very easy beef stroganoff!!!

Loved it! Although I admit I still cooked the noodles separately rather than in the pan with the meat. I just let the sauce thicken a little before serving.

My boys loved this and they are picky. I added a little extra water to cover the noodles. I've never seen my ten year old go back for thirds, but he tried!

This recipe is easy and delicious. I did have to add an extra cup of water, an extra bouilion cube, and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, but otherwise it was amazing. It did take a little longer than 12 minutes to cook the noodles all the way through, but putting a lid on the skillet helps.

My husband is picky and doesn't like mushrooms but the whole family, including him, loved this dish. Since we have a family of 4 I had to double the recipe.

this was a great recipie. I used fresh mushrooms and boiled them in the water with the bouillon cubes which turned out great.
