this was alright. a little bland. I've tried better recipes for stroganoff in the past.

My only change to this recipe is to use fresh mushrooms instead of canned. The canned mushrooms are so small that you don't even notice them.

Instead of cubes, I used beef broth. In fact, I used more broth and no water at all. I felt that the wate may dilute the flavor. The recipe doesn't call for any seasoning and I'm really glad that I seasoned the meat, otherwise, it would have been really bland. Next time, I'll use some garlic cloves.

I altered it a bit because I wanted to use up some leftover roast beef - but was very good none the less!

It was a good dish except it needed a little extra liquid and some more seasoning but other than that it was good.

I liked this dish, but it took quite a while to make. It to me a lot longer for prep time than it stated. And cutting the steak into strips was not an easy task to do while taking care of a fussy baby.

It needs a little more liquid and little more time to cook, but was very very easy and tasted very good!! I added a fair amount of black pepper for a little more kick.

This was quick, easy, and very good! i had to cook the remaining ingredients longer than 10-12 minutes, and i added a little more water and beef stock so that the noodles would cook. It was excellent.
