I liked this dish, but it took quite a while to make. It to me a lot longer for prep time than it stated. And cutting the steak into strips was not an easy task to do while taking care of a fussy baby.

It needs a little more liquid and little more time to cook, but was very very easy and tasted very good!! I added a fair amount of black pepper for a little more kick.

This was quick, easy, and very good! i had to cook the remaining ingredients longer than 10-12 minutes, and i added a little more water and beef stock so that the noodles would cook. It was excellent.

Using what I had on hand I substitued cubed round steak cut into small pieces for the sirloin steak and a 15 ounce can of beef broth for the water and boullion. Meat tenderized nicely with no additional cooking. My husband loved it. Now he wants to try this recipe with venison tenderloin.

I waited to add the noodles so the meat could get tender in the water. Next, I heavily seasoned the meat. It came out great! quick and easy.
