I thought the recipe was very wonderful, we ate every bite, and it was easy to make. I added almost twice as much water as the recipe called for and it was just enough. There wasn't too much flavor to it, next time I think we'll add another beef boulion cube and more seasonings.

I used 80% lean ground beef instead of using oil in a non-stick pan & drained the fat. Since it was my first time with this recipe, I did not season the meat for fear of it being too salty; however, next time I make it, I will definitely salt & pepper. I also had to use 2 1/2 cups water instead of 1 1/2. For someone like me who knows nothing about cooking, it was PRETTY GOOD! Thanks for the recipe & this website!
