Awesome! Kids loved it! I used ground turkey cooked with taco seasoning. I chopped the rest of the ingredients and every chose their own toppings.

My husband and I love nachos but I've never had nachos like this, it was very good, so full of flavor. I used a jar of guacamole with salsa already mixed in and it was delicious. I made the recipe as is but I did leave out the olives since I'm not a fan. Would definitely make this again.

I actually cooked my meat like I would tacos (with taco seasoning mix) and added the salsa instead of water. My little sister loved it...so did I! lol

My family is big on Mexican and Southwest dishes so this was a natural choice. However, I browned my beef and added taco seasoning, other than that we pretty much followed the recipe as written. We also used jarred queso cheese and shredded lettuce. Great, quick recipe enjoyed by all.

We loved it! Used 1 lb hamburger, no peppers or olives. Could use instead melted velvetta with salsa mixed in.
