Individual OREO Cheesecakes

These easy mini cheesecakes, made with cream cheese, sour cream and chopped chocolate sandwich cookies, are baked in muffin cups.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup sugar

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

tsp. vanilla

eggs

OREO Cookies, divided

1-1/2

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

fresh strawberries, cut into 4 slices each

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Coarsely chop 15 cookies; stir into batter.

SPOON into 24 foil- or paper-lined muffin pan cups.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until centers are set. Cool completely. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

CHOP remaining cookies. Top cheesecakes with COOL WHIP, strawberries and chopped cookies just before serving.

I made this recipe in a regular springform pan. It was a big hit. I made it for a family birthday dinner. They could not believe it took so few ingredients. I served it with chocolate dipped strawberries and formed chocolate swirls. Also, garnished with sugared grapes and chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce drizzled on the plate. It was a big hit. In fact, I have to do another one for another family birthday by special request. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

it was very easy, unlike cheese cakes this was very light not heavy, and tasted so good. i would definitely make this again. everyone just gobbled them up

I MADE THE ONE IN THE MAGAZINE.IT WAS GREAT.I HAD COMPANY ONE WEEKEND THEY LOVED THEM.I WOULD MAKE THEM AGAIN.

I made this recipe for one of the kids that I work with for his birthday because I make everyone a cake or whatever they want for their birthday and I knew he loved oreo's and I knew he totally loves cheesecake and this was a huge hit with everyone. I would make it again any time it was so easy.

I made this after seeing it in the magazine. It was a great hit at work! Everyone wanted more! I have also made them using strawberry cream cheese and used Valentine printed cupcake liners. They looked like they came from a very fancy specialty shop!
