Horribly dry . . . I was really excited to make this and it turned out worse than just making a box of shells and cheese. :-(

I thought it was good.I am a bit unsure about some reviews.I see some complained that it tasted like boxed mac and cheese.I dont see how they expected it to taste different then the ingredients they read and put in themselves.I usually have some idea how it will taste based on what is added.I dont expect it to taste like caviar if i added tuna.

This is really comfort food. My husband and I just loved it and he emailed the recipe to his daughters. I added ham and peas to make it a one dish meal.

I surprised my mother with this recipe. She didn't believe it was made with a box of macaroni and cheese. I had to show it to her. We also liked the ritz cracker topping. We made more of the topping than the recipe called for. So delicious.

this is a favorite in our house! I usually add a few extra ritz to the topping for a little bit of extra crunch! very tasty and easy!
