I love any form of tortillas and cream cheese rolled up! This one was different from what I have tried before. The refried beans and cilantro were a nice way to make this a Mexican-style dish. I made these for a work potluck but my kids didn't want me to bring them to work after trying a sample! They were a hit!

Do not make these the night before. The get really soft.

Made this the original way- then with the taco seasoning then with the cream cheese with chives in it. Made it with the chives and put ham with diced onions- this is such a versitile recipe to adapt. Everyone loves it when I make it.

I made this recipe with taco seasoning. The Children had me make more! We ran out of tortillas so they decided to put it on ritz crackers too! lol
