My kids loved it. Used black beans instead of refried because it's what I had available. Very easy, no fuss weekenight meal.

These were pretty good. I used onions in the meat and enchilada sauce. I think next time I will use more cheese and more enchilada sauce (only had a small can on hand). Everyone enjoyed them.

Made these tonight and they are AMAZING!! Much better then Taco Bell and real easy to make. will be makeing them again real soon :)

Great dish! My family loved this dish and even asked if we could have again the next night for dinner. I also added the enchilada sauce as well for more flavor and I used ground turkey and light sour cream to save on calories. Definitely will be making this dish again soon!!!
